You can charge an oven rack with the aid of our roll turner ABS with 512 rolls in a jiffy. The basic element of our patented rack oven charging system is a specifically devloped short tipping device which can be tilted by 180 °.

A special proofing and turning trolley takes up the short tipping devices. These are linked by a coupling mechanism and are jointly tipped with one swivel handle. All the 512 dough pieces are turned simultaneously. The operation is shown in the photo series below.
