The oven loader LIFTMATIC is the first step towards the automation of charging deck ovens.

The ovens can be charged and emptied by a single operator only with our LIFTMATIC.The lifting work is taken over by an electric drive. The setter is manually pushed into the oven. With our model LIFTMATIC-S, also this movement is carried out by a motor drive.

A reinforced setter in hearth width is moved upon a loading table in hearth height. The approach to the hearth heights is carried out by a positioning drive with freely programmable levels. The drive is carried out via a ball-beared shaft with a strong three-phase brake gear motor at the upper transverse beam. The convenient drive with frequency converter and digital positioning control allows a speedy approach to the hearths with high accuracy combined with a smooth and jerk-free starting and stopping.

At a speed of 15 cm/s, the lifting table moves in less than six seconds from the lowest to the heighest oven. In case of several ovens, the LIFTMATIC can also be run sideways.

Depending on the customer's premises and wishes, the following designs are available:

  • one setter in half-oven width, movable from left to right in the portal; for oven charging in two lanes
  • two setters in half-oven width side by side, easy operation by hand, faster oven charging
  • setters in oven width
  • any setter can also be equipped with an opener tube for the automatic opening and closing of the chamber door
  • complete stainless steel design
