LIFTMASTER ++ fully-automatic oven charger with automated trolley discharge

Our LIFTMASTER ++ is the fully-automated charging solution for the program-controlled loading of several ovens. The oven charger is equipped with four drives for lifting, charging, a conveyer belt and a sideways movement. The sideways movable drive is optimized to a maximum horizontal speed, i. e. we achieve very short movement times with the smallest possible motor power. Our solutions are smart in every detail!

A loading table with an automatic trolley discharger is part of the LIFTMASTER ++. While the oven charger is feeding or emptying respectively the oven, the dough loaves are automatically being transferred from the cross setters lying in the proofing trolley onto the loading table. The transfer is fully automated. The overall system is programmed and managed via our central PLC control with touch panel.
